Everyone is celebrating because the heavy $BTC ETF outflows have finally stopped. They slipped into neutral territory. This is where the trap is set.
Neutral flows are the silent killer of lasting rallies. When analyzing ETF flow data, there are only three regimes that matter: massive inflows, massive outflows, and this current state—neutrality.
Rallies backed by strong, sustained inflows roar on and establish new market structures. But a rally built on neutral flows? That foundation is quicksand. It provides zero lift and no durable support for a long-term comeback.
We are currently in a risk zone where the market feels stable, but the fundamental capital injection required to push $BTC into a new paradigm simply does not exist yet. Do not confuse the absence of bad news with the presence of good news.
