Guys, Iโve been looking into this situation, and I think this whole Binance employee misconduct case is something we ALL need to understand ๐๐ฅ
I read the report myself, and in my opinion, Binance acted pretty fast. They found that an employee used insider information to post on official social media and gain personally from it โ and thatโs a serious violation ๐ซ๐ฅ
they traced the token posted on-chain and then matched it with the tweet made by the Binance Futures account. that clearly shows misuse of position, and I totally agree that this goes against their code of conduct ๐โ ๏ธ
Binance suspended the employee immediately, and he will face legal action too. Binance said they are already working with authorities, which I think is the right move to keep things transparent ๐๏ธ๐
What I really like is that Binance announced a $100,000 bounty reward for the earliest valid whistleblowers. I think thatโs a strong message that they take integrity seriously and want the community involved ๐ฏ๐ฅ
