$DOGE Analysis : Dogecoin (DOGE) surged as the market bet on signals of an interest rate cut from the Fed. Dogecoin is seeing renewed strength as retail traders ramp up speculative positioning, signaling the possibility of a fresh recovery phase. Data from CoinGlass shows DOGE futures open interest (OI) has surged to 1.49 billion USD, up 10.29% in the past 24 hours. This sharp spike highlights a clear return of risk appetite in the meme coin’s derivatives market. At the same time, the OI-based funding rate has climbed to 0.091%, reflecting bullish momentum as traders willingly pay a premium to maintain Long positions. The long/short ratio reinforces this trend, with Longs now accounting for 50.83% of all open positions — notably higher than Sunday’s 48.44%. Beyond retail speculation, smart money is stepping in. CryptoQuant data indicates a rise in average DOGE futures order size, driven by a series of large-volume transactions. This suggests whales are quietly positioning for a potential upside continuation. Dogecoin is now testing a key short-term resistance trendline formed by the October 26 and November 11 swing highs near 0.1480 USD. A green daily close on Wednesday could confirm a breakout, opening room for a move toward the next major target: the 50-day EMA at 0.1644 USD. Above that, the 0.1800 USD supply zone and the 200-day EMA at 0.1970 USD stand as critical resistance layers. Technical indicators remain mixed. The daily RSI sits at 46, hovering between neutral and oversold, while MACD momentum is gradually improving. However, a drop below the April low at 0.1298 USD could expose deeper downside toward the October 10 support near 0.0950 USD.

In summary • Previously (2019–2024): Projects were afraid of the SEC, so they opted for airdrops, private sales, or fair launches to avoid legal risks. • After November 13, 2025: Within just a month, a wave of major projects publicly launched token sales and raised hundreds of millions of dollars in minutes (examples: MegaETH, Andre Cronje’s Flying Tulip targeting $800M, Jupiter LFG launches, Kraken Launchpad, etc.). → Projects now have no reason to avoid public token sales. As a result, retail capital is pouring aggressively into token sales, fueling an “ICO 2.0” wave — also known as the current “token sale meta.”
