BlackRock just made its move staked $ETH ETFs are officially coming.
The new iShares Staked Ethereum Trust (ETHB) will let institutions hold ETH and earn staking yield inside a fully regulated product.
No leverage.
No derivatives.
Just ETH + yield, custodied by Coinbase and Anchorage.
This marks a major shift: under the old SEC, staking ETFs were dead on arrival.
Under the new regime, BlackRock is firing the first shot.
ETHA took last week’s $75M outflow, but if 2025 taught us anything:
Liquidity follows BlackRock.
