Now, I "clock in and out" on time every day, strictly following the rules, and over the past few years, it's become stable, with an annualized return of over 50%. Here are some insights for beginners:

I only trade after 9 PM every day; daytime news is too mixed and easily sways my decisions; once I make money, I need to secure it; if I earn 1000U in a day, I transfer at least 300U to my bank account, and I shouldn't always think about doubling it, otherwise, I might easily return to square one overnight; I don't rely on intuition for trades, only looking at MACD, RSI, and Bollinger Bands; I wait for at least two indicators to give a consistent signal before entering a position; I must have a stop-loss; if I can watch the market, I adjust the stop-loss with the price increase; if I can't, I set a hard stop-loss at 3%; I also have a habit of withdrawing 30% of my profits every Friday; trading cryptocurrencies is not a numerical game; money in the bank account is the real profit.

Tips for short-term trading: If there are two consecutive bullish candles on the 1-hour chart, consider going long; if the market is sideways, look at the support line on the 4-hour chart and consider entering close to the support level.

As for pitfalls to avoid: don't use leverage over 10 times; beginners are advised to stick to within 5 times; avoid touching altcoins and pump-and-dump coins; do no more than 3 trades a day to avoid emotional trading; most importantly — absolutely do not borrow money to trade cryptocurrencies.

Lastly, I want to say: treat trading cryptocurrencies like a job, clock in and out on time, shut down the computer, eat, and sleep. With a stable mindset, the account will naturally stabilize.
