Do Kwon Case:
The judge wants to know if the victims will be able to share their testimony before issuing a verdict.
The prosecution requested 12 years in prison and the defense believes that five is sufficient.
It is also discussed whether Kwon can avoid serving his sentence if he is sent to South Korea.
