The founder of the cryptocurrency "Luna 2" (LUNA 2.0) is Do Kwon.

He is the co-founder and CEO of "Terraform Labs", the company that created the entire Terra ecosystem (which included the original LUNA cryptocurrency and the stablecoin UST).

After the major collapse that occurred in May 2022, Do Kwon devised a strategy to revitalize the ecosystem, which included the creation of a new blockchain called "Terra 2.0" and its new cryptocurrency "Luna 2", while the original chain became known as "Luna Classic" (LUNC).
