DAT provides access to cryptocurrency assets for traditional businesses that cannot directly allocate them, but their fees and operations depend heavily on their management team and philosophy.

In contrast, models like MicroStrategy that focus solely on holding Bitcoin are simpler, while DATs that engage in multi-asset portfolios or additional capital allocations carry their own distinct risks.
