JPMorgan has completed the full settlement of bonds on Solana for the first time

JPMorgan has just completed the issuance of $500,000,000 in commercial paper on the Solana chain, with buyers being Coinbase and Franklin Templeton, and it was fully paid using USDC from Circle. The redemption at maturity will also be in USDC.

Simply put, traditional financial giants have started using Solana as a true settlement path. JPMorgan has tried similar operations on Ethereum and private chains, and the choice this time for Solana clearly aims to build multi-chain expertise, testing which public chain aligns its operational efficiency with TradFi's needs. We may see more banks conducting bond experiments on high-performance chains like Solana and Avalanche in the coming months, as bond issuance on-chain moves from proof of concept to a small-scale commercial use phase.

If this type of transaction appears frequently in the first quarter, the institutional narrative for SOL will be more supportive than the simple MEME narrative, and being below $130 may be a good area to build institutional positions.$SOL
