What are the benefits after understanding trading???

Recently, I met with high school classmates from Guangzhou who talked about a project with different people. It was clearly noticeable that there was a significant difference in their thinking directions and their ability to grasp the essence of things at different levels. The superior individuals can directly grasp the essence of things and have absolute control over resources. Conversations with them are very enlightening, prioritizing the success of things as their main concern. The intermediate individuals have a slightly weaker grasp of the essence or can see the essence but have a slightly weaker control over decisive factors. However, through their own diligence and continuous efforts, they can also achieve success. The inferior individuals obviously operate in a state of detachment, relying on their mood to dictate their actions, sometimes engaged and sometimes not. More often than not, they start from personal interests, neglecting the laws of operation of things. Often, during the process of pushing things forward, their personal biases can hinder the favorable development of situations, making them disruptors.

In the realm of humanity, there are worries and calculations driven by desires, while in the realm of heaven, people act according to the laws of heaven, adhering to the principle that it's good for you, good for me, and good for everyone. There may be personal desires, but they are not the priority. This is called 'striving without striving,' because they understand that the way of heaven inherently has its own distribution rules. How is it distributed? By diminishing the excess to compensate for the insufficient, which is often said as 'suffering losses is a blessing!'
