⚖️ DO KWON SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS FOR TERRA COLLAPSE

A New York federal judge has sentenced the TerraUSD and $LUNA creator to 15 years in prison for fraud and conspiracy tied to the $40B crash in 2022.

The judge called it an “epic fraud”, noting that Kwon repeatedly lied to retail investors. He still faces separate charges in South Korea.
