Kite is creating something greater than tech. It is formulating the real regulations of how AI agents are to behave in the space in which we are and with one another. Since people also require social norms, autonomous systems also require a system that makes everything clear and predictable.
The most notable thing is that it holds each agent responsible. The vast majority of platforms allow AI to simply perform tasks without considering responsibility but Kite links it to identity and permissions. Each step has a trace and is governed by the rules of governance such that the agents do not act blindly. That level of accountability is massive since a self-governing economy cannot exist when no one is in charge of what occurs.
The other intelligent part is providing agents with context. They are aware of their participation in the larger workflow. They know what they can manage and when to delegate and how to collaborate with other agents without treading on their feet. That arrangement keeps the pandemonium that otherwise would arise when several agents attempt to collaborate at bay. It is simply training machinery on how to play in society and that is just what we need at this point.
