Europe on the brink of "war with robots": Europol report on the year 2035

• "Unemployed from poor areas" will take to the streets in protests, expressing anger through "bot bashing." This could lead to a "war between humans and robots."  

• The police will have "freeze guns for robots" and "nano-nets" against terrorist drones. 

Why is this realistic?

• Cybercriminals will hack robots for espionage or crimes.

Experts (Locus Robotics) call the scenario "unrealistic" due to tech and regulatory barriers.  Europol clarifies: these are "probable scenarios" for preparation, not prophecy.
