🌟 Simple guide so you don't get lost when starting
When you install Binance for the first time, it's normal to see many options that seem confusing: “Receive”, “Earn”, “Stocks”, “More”, “Alpha”, “Referred”…
And if you are new, all of that may seem like a maze.
Here I'll explain what each thing means and how to get started without risks.
---
🟦 1. My Wallet / Mi Billetera
It's your main wallet.
Here you will see all your cryptocurrencies, the value you have, and your transactions.
Think of this as your crypto bank account.
“Receive” → Allows you to receive cryptocurrencies from another person or from another exchange.
“Send” → To send your crypto to another address.
“Convert” → Change one currency for another without complications.
---
🟩 2. Earn (to generate interest)
This is where you can put your crypto to work.
Examples:
Flexible → you can withdraw whenever you want
Locked → gives you a higher percentage, but for a fixed time
If you see APY as “9.22%”, it is the approximate annual interest.
⚠️ Advice:
Do not invest in what you do not understand. If you are starting, use only simple products.
---
🟧 3. Stocks / Alpha / More
These are accesses to special functions of Binance:
Alpha → news, analysis, information about new tokens.
More → additional tools (futures, bots, profits, etc.).
Stocks → campaigns, promotions, and activities.
You do not need to use any of this if you are just learning.
Start with the basics.
---
🟥 4. What is “SAFU” and how does it protect you?
SAFU is the Binance protection fund to cover emergencies or hacks.
You do not have to activate it or pay anything.
It simply means that:
✅ Your funds are protected by internal insurance
✅ Binance monitors suspicious movements
✅ Your account has layers of security
---
🟨 5. What should you do to be safe as a newcomer?
🔸 Activate your identity verification (KYC)
🔸 Enable 2FA authentication (Google Authenticator or SMS)
🔸 Do not open links from unknown sources
🔸 Avoid sending crypto if you do not understand the network
🔸 Keep your recovery phrase in a private place
---
🟣 6. What does all that list of tokens you see mean?
That part that shows:
WET
DOYR
percentages
capitalization
up/down
It is simply the section of trends and new tokens.
It does not mean that you should buy them.
They only show you what is moving in the market.

💬 WHAT SHOULD VERNON DO?
Simple:
1. Review your wallet in “My Wallet”
2. Learn the basics before investing
3. Do not touch unknown tokens
4. Activate security
5. Start small to avoid losses
