Funny thing about screen time: you need to put in an insane amount of hours to learn the game of trading.

But once your systems are refined, continuing to spend the same number of hours often works against you.

You start making mistakes, not because your process is wrong, but because you deviate from it. Noise from outside (other traders opinions, constantly staring at the charts, etc) starts to override your own framework.

In the long run, a clear mind with sharp, decisive thinking outperforms endless screen time.
