Dear Traders, Iāve been trading for almost 8 years now, and for the past 5 years, Iāve been coaching new traders as well as some experienced ones š. Iām not here to brag about my students or my success š ā today, I want to be honest about me. Not the āpro traderā you see on social media, but the human behind the charts. Letās start with the truth: we are all human, and emotions never leave the room. Even after 8 years, I still feel them ā all of them: Anger when a trade moves against me unexpectedly š„ Fear when the market is volatile and unpredictable š° Impatience when I want to catch every move šØ Greed when a trade runs but I want more šø Chasing trades when FOMO knocks at my door šµāš« Hereās the thing ā having these feelings doesnāt make me weak. It makes me human. Hereās how I deal with them: I stick to my rules, no matter how tempted I am. I plan every trade, including my stop loss and targets. I journal my trades, both wins and losses, and reflect daily. I embrace stop losses, because they are part of the plan ā when my SL hits, I donāt get frustrated, I get proud. Itās not a failure, itās protection. I accept losses as part of the process, not a reflection of my skill or worth. Iām not like the āgurusā you see online who only show their profits. I share my stop losses, my mistakes, my struggles ā because thatās what real trading is. Even now, after years of experience: I still lose trades. I still get emotional sometimes. I still make mistakes. But hereās the secret: I survive. I stay consistent. And thatās why Iām still in the game. Trading isnāt about being perfect ā itās about managing yourself, respecting the market, and letting your plan protect you. So if your stop loss hits today, or if you make a mistake tomorrow ā embrace it. It saved you from bigger losses. Itās not failure, itās discipline in action. Remember: trading is a war of the mind, not just charts. And surviving that war consistently is the real victory. $H $FOLKS $BEAT

What is stoploss? Know the truth most gurus can't explain to you the way you need it. A stop loss is not meant to save a trade, it is meant to define risk before you enter. Before clicking buy or sell, you should already know exactly how much you are willing to lose on that idea. Place your stop where your trade is proven wrong, not at a random price or an emotional level. Then adjust your position size to match that stop, never the other way around. Always check risk to reward first. If the potential reward is not at least two to three times the risk, the trade is not worth taking. Never move a stop loss further away to avoid being wrong. That turns discipline into hope. Getting stopped out is part of trading. Surviving long enough to stay consistent is what makes profits possible. $FHE $CLO $SSS #FaisalCryptoLab
