The decree on penalties for cryptocurrency is about to be submitted to the Government 🇻🇳

At the "Vietnam Capital Market Prospects Forum 2026" recently, the State Securities Commission announced:

- The draft decree on penalties for administrative violations in the field of cryptocurrency has been completed

- It is expected to finalize the procedures for submission to the Government in the next 1–2 months

- The legal framework for cryptocurrency is gradually being completed and Resolution 05 is the first step

- The goal is to create a safe and complete ecosystem

- Strengthening control, combating money laundering, and ensuring financial security
