$CITY has flipped momentum after a clean rebound from the lows and buyers are stepping in with confidence. Price is now holding near 0.664 which is acting as a short term balance zone. Strong support is visible around 0.63 where demand previously absorbed selling pressure. A deeper and critical support sits near 0.61 which marked the reversal base. On the upside, immediate resistance stands near 0.69. If this level is cleared and held, the next target opens toward 0.72 to 0.74. Structure looks constructive and the recovery phase remains active.
