What serious things can a winter weekend bring?

Besides sunbathing.

Humans really need a lot of sunshine.

The journal 'Nature' states: "People who sunbathe daily reduce their risk of depression by 27%." Vitamin D is synthesized, serotonin is naturally secreted, and those vague feelings of fatigue and entanglement slowly dissipate under the sun.

Often, you don't need to do anything at all; just sitting in the sunlight can make you feel happy: your eyes are bright, your pores are open, your heart rate is steady, and surrounded by sunlight, it feels like everything can be wasted, yet you feel like nothing is wasted.

The sun is truly wonderful; in a sunlit world, the sea is bluer, the trees are greener, and the sky is more beautiful, as if covered by a layer of bright, gentle filter.

So today, I want to invite you to bask in the sun together.

Go to the balcony, to the lawn, to the park's lounge chairs, to the shimmering lakeside, sit down, lie down, do nothing, think of nothing, just let the sunlight soak you.

In today's comment section, you can leave everything related to sunshine.

Golden light spots cut into bundles through the gaps in the trees;

The quilt spread out on a sunny day;

Little cats and dogs sprawled out on the balcony;

Toys that have become fluffy again in the sunlight;

Humans on the lawn.
