The crypto market isn’t lagging because liquidity is missing, it’s lagging because uncertainty is everywhere. Liquidity is improving, QT is done, the Fed is adding again, Treasuries are pushing cash into markets, and other countries are easing. Yet Bitcoin is stuck and altcoins look even worse. That tells you the issue isn’t money, it’s clarity. In past cycles, crypto performed well even during tightening because the macro path was clear. Now the Fed is divided, global policy is unclear, and geopolitics add noise. Without direction, risk assets hesitate. Until leadership aligns and policy becomes predictable, rallies will likely fade and confidence will stay fragile.
