Weekends are not suitable for trading days, so one should live well. One cannot hand over their life to the market just because of trading. Making money is important, but enjoying life well after making money is even more important. I have lost count of how many times random trading on weekends has made me feel like neither a human nor a ghost, with days and nights turned upside down.
