This is actually the most damaging to emotions. Please note, I am referring to following trades in real accounts rather than contract accounts. Why? Because following trades in real accounts directly show the delivery orders for various time periods, while contract accounts can be opened with both long and short positions. Of course, one account can be long while another can be short, so I won't comment too much on that.
