$XPL shows a classic distribution then dump. The slow grind up failed, followed by a strong sell candle straight into 0.141. That kind of move usually creates overhead resistance.

The bounce to 0.144 is again corrective. Sellers are likely sitting between 0.147–0.150. As long as price stays below 0.148, structure remains weak. Holding above 0.141 is the only positive sign for now. Losing it opens another leg down.
