Around this time last year, I was almost completely 'sent away' by the market.

80W just disappeared without a trace. I was so angry that I smashed my phone, deleted all trading apps, and even blocked all my friends who talked about the market, feeling like this path was really unsustainable.

But you know what? The most frightening thing for a person is not losing money, but the fire of 'unwillingness' in their heart that hasn't been extinguished.

Even if I lie in the mud, I still want to struggle to stand up and take another bite out of the market.

At the beginning of this year, there was only 3300U left in the account.

I told myself: just this once, the last struggle, if it doesn't work out, I'll completely withdraw from the market.

So what happened? This over three thousand U rolled all the way to eighty thousand, twelve thousand, and is still continuing to rise.

It's not reliant on metaphysics, not luck, but on three rules I call 'life-saving rules' that I can share with you today, purely personal practical insights, not necessarily correct, but useful to me.

First, never go 'all in' on the table.

I've seen too many people (including my former self) go all in right away, always thinking 'this time will definitely double', only to be wiped out by a wave of reverse fluctuations.

Now my single position never exceeds 40%, the remaining 60% is always left untouched, as a 'revival armor'.

For every trade, set a stop loss before entering, if the drawdown reaches 15%, cut it immediately, without hesitation or fantasy.

Remember: as long as you don't get liquidated, there will always be a next round. Living means you have the right to discuss turning the tables.

Second, only eat trends, do not guess bottoms and tops.

Stop asking me 'Is this the bottom now?' I really don't know, and no one knows.

But I can tell you: when it rises, I hold tightly to the strong one; when it falls, just follow the shorts.

Do not go against the trend to bottom fish, do not counter the big environment. Sometimes, making thousands of U in a few minutes of a wave is not because I'm great, but because I happened to be standing in the right wind.

The trend is your friend, never treat it as a debating opponent.

Third, roll profits, do not roll principal.

This is the point I want to emphasize the most: for every round of money earned, I only reinvest 30% of the profits, and convert the rest into stablecoins to withdraw to my wallet.

Profits roll profits, the mindset is completely different. Even if there are losses later, the losses are also from previous gains, the principal has long been bagged.

Go a bit slower, but much steadier; not stimulating, but can live longer.

With this strategy, I not only slowly recovered the 80 I lost last year but also brought out more than 20,000 U.

That feeling is like holding your breath for a long time, finally able to breathe.

To be honest, many people lack not technical indicators, but a set of trading discipline that can keep themselves in check, and a rhythm that can calm you down.

Among the friends I've brought along, some have turned a little over a thousand U into more than twenty thousand in just ten to twenty days; while others, who were almost zeroed out, strictly followed the plan under my guidance, and now they steadily earn every month.

It's not that they have changed, but that they have learned to 'survive first'.

Now the market is stirring again, opportunities are always given to those who are prepared.

If you are still struggling in the market, why not take a break and think about what your 'life-saving rules' are.

If not, maybe we can chat together.

I am an analyst who has been struggling in the crypto circle, still believing that 'discipline is more important than getting rich quickly'.
