I have been watching all these discussions about the 'bridge between CeFi and DeFi' with some skepticism. And you will be surprised that too often it sounds like a nice phrase for presentations, but the main thing is that it is not a real mechanism. Then later, when I started to delve deeper into the Lorenzo Protocol, I had the feeling that this is not just a slogan, but an attempt to address a very specific market demand.

🤔CeFi and DeFi live in different worlds.

CeFi is convenience, scale, clear rules of the game, and familiar interfaces. But along with that comes trust in the intermediary and limited control. ✅DeFi is freedom, independence, transparency of smart contracts. But it also brings complexity, risks, fragmented liquidity, and fear of mistakes.

✅And the main question is not how to 'merge' them, but how to allow the user to flow between these worlds without stress. 🎆From what I see, Lorenzo Protocol's idea is not to break CeFi or 'save' DeFi. It aims to create an intermediate layer where the institutional logic of CeFi can coexist with on-chain transparency. Not as a compromise, but as an interface.

😉I like that Lorenzo does not impose a radical choice on the user: ✅either you are fully in DeFi with all the risks, or you are in CeFi and just trust the platform.

🤔Instead, a third scenario emerges — control remains with the user, but the experience becomes closer to CeFi. This is a very underrated point. Because mass adoption does not happen due to ideology. It happens through convenience.

Is a real bridge between CeFi and DeFi possible? In my opinion, not in the form of a single product or a single token. It is a process. And Lorenzo seems to be part of this process, not a final point. It does not promise a revolution overnight — and that is why it seems more honest.

✅Personally, the value of Lorenzo Protocol for me is that it acknowledges the reality: 🚀people are not ready to massively go into pure DeFi, but they no longer want to fully rely on centralized structures.

If a bridge between CeFi and DeFi has a chance to exist, it will be like this: inconspicuous, gradual, without loud statements. And perhaps this is the direction Lorenzo is taking steps towards. This is not an ideal bridge. But, perhaps, this is one of the few attempts to build it not in words, but in practice. And I am confident that this project has great potential ahead. 😉 @Lorenzo Protocol #LorenzoProtocol $BANK
