Whether you are a newbie or an experienced player, this article will answer all your recent questions and impart some 'tips'; this article is more beginner-oriented, and I will write a practical guide separately, or you can check out tutorials written by other KOLs who specialize in the Alpha track, which is very simple!!!
Recently, with 'Sister One' personally stepping in to regulate the market 'environment', the Alpha track has been very lively! Looking ahead, this might be the spring for us ordinary users - the threshold is not high, and there are many opportunities! Everyone is playing together in the arena, following the rules, and kicking out those who disrupt the order so that we can achieve green and sustainable development. Without further ado, the innovation of Alpha itself is beneficial for everyone without any harm. This article will explain everything clearly from basic entry to recent issues, techniques, and pitfalls!
What is Alpha?
Binance Alpha is a platform for recommending early potential projects on-chain launched by Binance at the end of 2024. It is mainly integrated into the Binance Web3 wallet and Binance exchange. After upgrading to Alpha 2.0 in March 2025, it will be directly and seamlessly connected to CEX. (Normally, a new project needs to issue coins by playing ‘outside’, and everyone needs to go to the designated place by the project party for various ‘operations’. But Alpha filters out some potential projects for everyone and allows participation and airdrop collection through Alpha’s rules.) After all, not everyone has to go for the ‘grab airdrop’ route. Look at those KOL teachers outside grabbing airdrop; they have to conduct high-intensity research and interactions every day. Of course, now mouth-grabbing is also quite popular, but that’s exhausting too! However, Alpha is different. It has a low threshold, fewer operations, and a monthly basic guarantee! (I’m all in! Hahaha)
How can new users participate or can they participate?
Although it has picked up now, it’s not as ‘profitable’ as before, but it’s never too late to participate. Moreover, when you read this article, the issue with ‘studios’ is also being resolved. Alpha has a low threshold; you only need to learn the basic operations. Just a few small pitfalls and tricks, a simple understanding will do. You can even follow tutorials to get started. (Here’s a pitfall: Alpha is free to participate, don’t pay tuition to ‘get on board’; there are tons of tutorials outside!)
A plain explanation of Alpha’s rules.
The core rules are very simple. For most of our users, it’s just balance + trading volume (things like trading competitions are unnecessary for most people). Points are calculated based on official rules, and when the points reach the requirement, you can participate in projects to interact and receive airdrops! Alpha’s points are calculated over the past 15 days. For example, if you're on the 15th, it’s based on the sum of your points from the 1st to the 15th. So don’t take a break; otherwise, it will be tough!
It’s generally advised to keep your balance points at the lowest tier unless you have money. The starting point for trading volume points is $2, with 1 point for every $2 traded. For example, if the trading volume is $4, the points would be 3!
What should beginners pay attention to and prepare for when starting with Alpha?
Creation of Binance accounts and Binance non-custodial wallets (make sure to understand the APP interface and basic functions)
Prepare your funds (USDT) and some essential tools (such as airdrop calendar monitoring, stablecoin stability dashboard, etc. This is included in the tutorial; I can't put links in my article)
Learn a bit about ‘trading’ (which is just buying and selling coins. Make sure to learn about wallets and exchanges; don’t deviate from this. I have fans who got lost playing with meme coins on-chain)
Let’s get started!!! (learn to earn and earn to learn——learn while earning, earn while learning!)
This article is not a tutorial, so it’s written a bit broadly. There are tutorials everywhere outside. Later, I will consider if it’s necessary to write one. If you want to see what I write, leave a comment and I’ll write it!
The pitfalls and tricks of Alpha (and recent issues of ‘mistaken bans’)
First, let’s talk about the pitfalls.
If you don’t understand the trading well, it’s easy for the fees to become too high. If someone loses dozens of dollars in fees over a month, what about your $200?
Still about trading, make sure you understand the panel operations. Understand what slippage is (I’ve talked about it), don’t get caught in a trap (I’ve mentioned that too).
When starting, one device per person should honestly follow the rules and understand how to play. Don’t just come in and call the whole family to join!
Don’t use underhanded methods; you know how lively it is outside now!
Don’t pay tuition, don’t believe in random things!
Let’s add some skills.
I’ve figured out how to play on my own account and called my family to join in, but don’t engage in ‘studios’. Low capital is the key!
When calling family to join in, be sure to pay attention to device separation and IP separation. Let’s play by the rules!
Make sure to use the tools I just mentioned to reduce wear and tear, and to know about activities in real time.
Control your score well, study the rules well, don’t just chase points carelessly, be meticulous!
Never mix funds. If you transfer $500 between several family accounts, who will get banned if there’s a mistake?
Recent issues (if you’re pretending to be confused while understanding, then don’t read on)
What should I do if I’m a regular user and got mistakenly banned? If it's true, the reason is likely due to your VPN, IP, or geographical location. Just appeal to the official customer service. I have fans who got unbanned!
What should I do if I can't grab airdrops recently? There are studios everywhere outside, and it’s still competitive. Normally, you should maintain a low point score for now. Just wait, there’s no other way! (But definitely don’t go down underhanded paths to become ‘cannon fodder’).
Can I report the studio to make money? Has Mission: Impossible entered the cryptocurrency world? But it’s indeed possible. I taught my fans a few days ago, but it's a bit late now. If you have resources, go ahead and do it, run forward!!!
