Canton Network announced that the Trump family’s crypto project, World Liberty Financial (WLFI), will deploy the USD1 stablecoin on its network. The move aims to expand USD1’s presence in institutional onchain finance and accelerate its adoption among globally regulated market participants. Use cases include collateral for derivatives and institutional lending, instant cross-border payments and 24/7 settlement, as well as onchain asset issuance, financing, and redemption.
