The Hyper Foundation has launched a vote for the burning of 37 million HYPE (10% of circulation), repurchased through fees.

🤨 Sounds like a powerful bullish signal, but there is a catch. These tokens are already worthless: they are sitting on a system address without a private key and cannot be accessed without a hard fork.

The voting itself will last until December 24.
