Hello,
On Binance, it is not normal for you to be asked to make a deposit in order to withdraw your money.
Withdrawals are made directly from your account, provided that:
🌹your identity (KYC) is verified,
🌹security is enabled (SMS / Google Authenticator),
🌹and there are no restrictions on the account.
If a message or a person asks you to deposit money to "unlock" a withdrawal, it is very likely a scam.
I advise you to check directly in the Binance app or to contact Binance's official support via the app.
Do not send money to a third party.
