Is Bitcoin's 4-year cycle still valid? Notable signals after the halving. The number "4" has long been a symbol associated with the cyclical movements of the cryptocurrency market, especially Bitcoin. For over a decade, BTC has often been thought to move in close alignment with its own four-year halving cycle, with the supply shock repeatedly acting as a catalyst for sharp price surges. According to traditional models, after a post-halving growth phase, Bitcoin would gradually lose momentum, enter a bear market, and establish a new bottom before the next cycle begins. However, the current cycle is showing unusual signs. The most recent halving in April 2024 brought the block reward down to 3,125 BTC, meaning the market has only gone through the first 18 months of the cycle. Even so, Bitcoin has not replicated the familiar strong upward trajectory of previous cycles. From a technical perspective, BTC is likely to end the first year after the halving with a slight decline, a stark contrast to the "golden" period it experienced historically. This development raises questions about the effectiveness of the four-year cycle model in an increasingly mature market. Instead of extreme bursts and crashes, Bitcoin is now showing a more stable structure. On-chain data shows a sharp increase in BTC leaving exchanges, reflecting a long-term accumulation trend. Along with the participation of ETFs and institutional capital flows, Bitcoin appears to be entering a new phase where corrections are more of a consolidation phase than a sign of the end of the cycle. #CYCLE

Binance has significantly expanded the reach of derivative strategies by allowing ordinary users to participate in selling Ether (ETH) options, a practice previously primarily reserved for professional and institutional traders. This move opens up opportunities for generating passive income through option fees, while also giving investors more control over risk management. According to Binance, users can now write ETH options directly on the platform after completing a suitability assessment. This indicates a clear increase in demand for advanced derivatives, not only from institutional investors but also from individual investors. This trend is also linked to the boom in products centered around BTC, ETH, and ETFs, especially since BlackRock's IBIT options trading volume once surpassed even the native BTC options market on Deribit. Essentially, option sellers act as "insurers" against price fluctuations, accepting the potential risk in exchange for an upfront premium. This strategy has long been used by experienced traders to generate a steady stream of cash flow, often combined with existing ETH holdings. Alongside expanding its product range, Binance is also significantly upgrading its options infrastructure, improving latency, API throughput, and market data depth. Coupled with a fee reduction policy for VIP users, Binance is demonstrating its ambition to increase its market share in the increasingly competitive crypto options market.

$XRP Analysis : XRP Could Recover If It Closes Above $1.96 XRP retested and held the support zone around the lower boundary of the falling wedge pattern on Friday, before recording a slight recovery the following day. As of Monday, XRP is gradually approaching the key resistance zone on the daily chart at $1.96. In a positive scenario, if XRP can close firmly above the $1.96 resistance level, the recovery momentum is likely to extend towards the 50-day EMA at $2.13. In terms of momentum, the RSI on the daily chart is currently at 42, still below the neutral threshold of 50, reflecting that downward pressure has not completely subsided. However, the MACD formed a bullish crossover on Monday, giving an early signal for the possibility of improved upward momentum in the short term. Conversely, if corrective pressure returns, XRP could continue to retreat to test the nearest low established on Friday at $1.77.

$ETH Analysis : Ethereum Approaches Key Resistance Zone Ethereum's price underwent a retest on Thursday and quickly found support around the descending trendline, rebounding by nearly 6% over the next three days. As of Monday, ETH is approaching a crucial daily resistance zone at $3,017, which could be key to the short-term trend. If ETH closes firmly above $3,017 on the daily timeframe, the recovery is likely to consolidate, opening up upside potential towards the December 10th peak around $3,447. In terms of momentum, the RSI indicator is currently at 47 and gradually moving towards the neutral level of 50, reflecting weakening selling pressure. For the uptrend to be sustained, the RSI needs to clearly break above this neutral level. In addition, the MACD lines are converging; if a bullish crossover occurs, this will be a crucial technical factor further supporting the positive scenario for ETH. Conversely, if ETH fails to conquer the aforementioned resistance zone and is rejected, the price is likely to reverse and retest the significant support zone at $2,749.
