I usually take 1 trade on Monday, and occasionally on Tuesday if the setup looks right.
The rest of my trades are based on time-driven pivots, roughly 6–7 per month.
I never force trades—my typical range is 15–20 trades per month.
Real results come when you stop chasing every market move.
