When you click Send, your money does not fly instantly to the receiver. It undergoes a rigorous selection process to be written into history.
🔸 The 3 Step Process:
Your transaction first lands in a pool called the Mempool, waiting alongside thousands of others.
Miners or Validators select transactions from the Mempool to pack into a Block.
👉Unwritten Rule is they prioritize transactions with the highest Fees. Low fees mean waiting in line.
Once packed, the Miner must solve a complex cryptographic puzzle to find a valid Seal. The first to solve it gets to add the Block to the Blockchain and win the reward.
🔸 Imagine Blockchain as a train. Every 10 minutes, a carriage departs.
Mempool is the station.
Transaction Fee is the ticket. Business class High fee gets on immediately. Economy class Low fee might have to wait for the next train, or the one after...
🔹 Understanding this prevents panic when your transaction is Pending. If the network is congested, increase the Gas fee to bribe the Miner to put you on the next train.
