Many people ask me: Sister Yan, how do you choose coins and make trades?
To be honest, my method is not complicated at all, but it is precisely these simple principles that are the real core of making money.
Too many people can't help but jump in when they see market fluctuations, and after a series of frantic operations, they either get liquidated or suffer massive losses. I made this foolish mistake before as well, and looking back now, it was all tuition paid with real money.
Today, I will share my ultimate secrets with you all. Those who dare to follow along should learn well:
1. Choose coins by only focusing on the growth ranking
Only coins that have risen have an active market and subsequent opportunities; there’s no need to waste time on coins that are stagnant for a long time.
2. Focus on the monthly MACD, don’t gamble on short-term fluctuations
Don’t mess around with intraday K-lines; I only look at the monthly MACD golden cross signals—when the golden cross appears, I enter directly; if there’s no signal, I stay in cash and wait.
Oversold rebounds are all low-probability traps; betting on them leads to losses. Real opportunities are hidden in long-term trends.
3. Look for opportunities at the 60-day line, the 80-day line determines life and death
I must check the 60-day line every day. When the coin price pulls back near the 80-day moving average and the trading volume increases, that’s a signal to add positions; at this point, just hold your confidence and wait for the trend.
Once I enter the market, I never cling to battles; if it rises, I take it; if it falls below the 80-day line, I clear out immediately! This is the iron rule I adhere to for every transaction: I don’t fight against the market, and I don’t gamble my capital.
4. Take profits in a rhythm, cash in when it’s good
Don’t think you can eat a whole cake in one bite; take half off when you earn **30%**, and reduce by half again when you earn **50%**. The market never lacks opportunities; preserving profits is the key.
In the coin circle, the simpler the method, the easier it is to execute.
