From the historical trend, Shiba Inu (SHIB) is currently in a very critical position, as it is very similar to the state before the last significant market rally.

Back before February 2024, the price of SHIB had been consolidating at a relatively low level, seemingly lifeless, with very little market attention. At that time, many people felt that "it couldn't rise anymore," sell orders gradually decreased, and trading was not active. But it was precisely in this seemingly quiet environment that the market suddenly reversed, and the price skyrocketed by about 400% in a short period of time. This rise was not slowly built up; rather, as the number of sellers decreased and the chips willing to be sold at low prices were digested, the price was rapidly pushed up.

Now, SHIB is repeating a similar scenario. Although the price is still hovering below, an obvious change can be seen:

First, the trading volume during the decline is decreasing, indicating that there are not many people willing to continue selling aggressively, and panic selling is weakening.

Second, the candlestick pattern is starting to become smaller and denser, with fluctuations overlapping each other, and the direction is unclear. This usually represents that the forces of bulls and bears are gradually approaching balance, rather than the market collapsing in panic.

Third, the overall market sentiment is relatively cold, with low attention. This stage of "no one discussing, no one excited" often occurs right before a genuine market rally begins.

It should be noted that this does not mean SHIB will immediately surge, but structurally it is in a typical bottoming region. Before any significant positive news or capital re-enters, the market often experiences a period of quiet, dull, and directionless phase.

In simple terms, the current SHIB is like a compressed spring: it may not bounce back immediately, but the downward force is weakening, and once new catalytic factors emerge, volatility may suddenly amplify. For newcomers, the key is not to guess short-term ups and downs, but to understand the "weight" of this position.
