According to BlockBeats, on December 24th, Binance founder CZ posted on Binance Square, stating, "The cryptocurrency industry should be able to completely eradicate address poisoning attacks and protect users. All wallets should have a simple check to see if the receiving address is a poisoned address and block the user. Here's a blockchain query."
Furthermore, security alliances within the industry should maintain a real-time blacklist of these addresses so that wallets can check them before sending transactions. Binance wallet already does this. Users will receive a warning if they attempt to send to a malicious address.
Finally, the wallet should not display these garbage transactions anywhere. If the value of the transaction is very small, filter it out.
