🇪🇦 Spain will introduce full regulation of cryptocurrency from 2026.ㅤ
In connection with the implementation of the MiCA and DAC8 laws, the regulation of the crypto market will be significantly strengthened:
• MiCA from July 1 will require all crypto service providers to obtain a license to operate in the EU.
• DAC8 from January 1 will require crypto platforms to transmit transaction and user balance data to EU tax authorities.
