The question of whether BitTorrent Token can hit one dollar by 2030 is sparking a lot of debate, but the math tells a difficult story. Currently, there are about nine hundred eighty-six trillion tokens in circulation. For the price to reach one dollar, the market cap would need to hit nearly one quadrillion dollars, which is far beyond the entire global economy. While the project has made strides with its recent transition to proof-of-stake and cross-chain upgrades, the massive supply remains a major hurdle. Unless we see a monumental token burn, reaching a dollar is virtually impossible by 2030.
