Binance founder Zhao Changpeng (CZ) recently called for the establishment of an industry-wide cross-chain blacklist system to combat address poisoning scams following a scam that caused a loss of $50 million. He believes that real-time queries of the recipient's wallet blacklist can completely eliminate such attacks and prevent users from mistakenly sending funds to similarly appearing addresses. Although Binance has already issued alerts to users, Zhao Changpeng emphasized that, as scam tactics become increasingly complex, especially with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, broader cooperation is needed.
