Is US private sector employment improving?

ADP Private Payrolls rose by an average of +11,500 per week over the 4 weeks ending December 6th.

This marks the 3rd consecutive reading of payroll gains.

This is lower than the +17,500 reported for the week ending November 29th, but above all prior 5 readings.

As a result, the private sector added an estimated +46,000 jobs over the 4 weeks ending December 6th.

The labor market may be seeing some relief.
