Hyundai has announced a recall affecting over 51,000 vehicles in the U.S. after
discovering a wiring issue linked to trailer lights that could increase fire risk.
The problem stems from improper installation, which may cause electrical short circuits. As a
precaution, owners are being advised to park vehicles away from buildings until fixes are completed.
Hyundai dealers will repair the wiring at no cost to customers.
