It's all just the domestic 'blood-locking' safety net. The survival confidence of overseas Chinese: student loans avoided, can return for medical treatment, and have a way back to their home country.
No wonder these Chinese are not afraid of being killed; they even shout in defense of the US, because they know they always have a way out. They shout about America's free healthcare while immediately returning to their home country for treatment when they get sick. Do they really dislike America's free healthcare that much?
