Urgent Notice
Please prepare mentally in advance!
Starting tomorrow, the next nearly 20 days are no joke. From January 8th to January 25th, we officially enter the coldest periods of the year—the Third and Fourth Nines!
Avoid going out unless necessary during this time. Elderly people and children should stay home, get some sunshine to supplement calcium. Turn on your air conditioning or floor heating. Don't risk freezing yourself just to save on electricity bills.
On sunny days, you can go out for a short walk in warm clothing—breathing fresh air can also promote blood circulation.
Staying indoors all the time can easily lead to low energy. Avoid going out in the morning and evening; take some outdoor activity during the afternoon when the sun is strong. Stay warm and ensure proper ventilation—safety through winter is the top priority!
