We have updated our IRR metrics to deliver lower borrowing costs across the Lista CDP ecosystem.

**Key Changes:**

šŸ”¹ **Borrow Rates:** Rates have been reduced across all supported collateral types.

šŸ”¹ **PSM & LSR:** Yields are temporarily lower; however, they will be stabilized with updated emissions starting next week.

šŸ”¹ **Fix-term Lending:** Rates have also been reduced to 2.74%.

šŸ”¹ **Rebates:** Please note that the lisUSD rebate program is currently paused.
