Cuba is facing a massive blackout with impacts exceeding 1,900 MW across the country.
Havana was practically left in the dark since Sunday night, after five of its six electric blocks went offline.
The Government acknowledged the cause of the collapse: there is no diesel for electricity generation.
"We have no fuel," admitted on state TV Lázaro Guerra Hernández from the Ministry of Energy and Mines.
