The simplest and most solid way to invest:

When the fear index reaches red, it means to buy large coins like $BTC about 50% of your assets.

The rest should be invested in solid coins like $BNB $ETH , Solana, and some other coins like Xrp, Ada, Link...

Note: always keep 50% of your assets in Bitcoin; many people may know this, but not everyone can do it.

When the greed index reaches a high level, it's time to limit purchases and instead sell part of your capital, while keeping the profits to maintain long-term sustainability.

Thus, selling still retains capital and maintains good profits.
