Dusk treats verification like part of execution, not a checkbox you carry in memory. “Once verified” is where systems get lazy: an address stays cleared, a role changes, and nobody notices until the wrong transfer clears cleanly. On Dusk, the credential is referenced at the moment state tries to move. If it doesn’t satisfy the rule right now, the transition just doesn’t happen. No grandfathering. No “it passed last week” as evidence. It’s strict. Mostly because cleanup is worse.
