Walrus ($WAL): Strength in Numbers

Walrus doesn’t rely on any single storage node to keep things running. Instead, it uses quorums groups of nodes that must reach a threshold agreement before data operations are confirmed.

This collective approach allows the network to keep working even if some nodes fail, act maliciously, or go offline during upgrades and reconfiguration. As long as the quorum holds, data stays consistent and accessible.

By building reliability into the group rather than the individual, Walrus stays resilient under pressure and available when it matters most.
