ZAMA bidding countdown 5 hours: All funds in the network are at stake $550M FDV at this price point?
The ZAMA bidding for new shares will end in less than 5 hours, and the most concentrated bidding price is at the $550M FDV level.
Clearing Rules
1. Price Determination Mechanism
After the auction ends, the system will sort all bids from high to low. Tokens will be allocated in this order until all token shares are distributed. At this point, the last transaction's lowest price will be set as the 'Clearing Price'.
Key Point: All participants who successfully bid for tokens only need to pay this 'Clearing Price' instead of their original high bids.
2. Three Possible Bidding Outcomes
Based on your bid compared to the final 'Clearing Price', the following three scenarios may occur:
· Scenario A: Your bid > Clearing Price (Safe)
You will receive all the tokens you subscribed for, and the system will refund any overpaid funds.
· Scenario B: Your bid = Clearing Price (Luck/Proportion)
① This is where the competition is fiercest. If the demand at this price exceeds the remaining supply, you will not receive the full allocation. You will receive a proportionate share of the tokens, meaning partial fulfillment, and any unfulfilled remaining funds will be refunded to you.
· Scenario C: Your bid < Clearing Price (Out)
You will not receive any tokens and will get a full refund.
