Yesterday we laughed for a while watching how the banks were sweating with the GENIUS Law. Today we need to get serious, but not boring, to talk about the other side of the coin: the CLARITY Law.
Do you remember the old days (about two years ago 😅) when we would wake up trembling to see which currency the SEC had whimsically targeted? What a nightmare! Well, CLARITY is the "ENOUGH!" to that era of terror.
This law is a double-edged sword, and I'm going to explain why it's the best news we could receive for those of us who truly hold.

The first thing CLARITY does is draw a line in the sand. It finally defines, legally, what a commodity (goods, like gold or wheat) is and what a security (value) is.
What does this mean for you?
That if you have serious, decentralized projects with real utility in your portfolio, they already know which ones I’m talking about: BTC, ETH, and the Top Alts of infrastructure, congratulations! 🎉 Now they have a legal shield. They can no longer come and try to erase them from the map just like that. If you hold quality, that quality now has the stamp of approval for you to sleep soundly. 😴💎

But here comes the spicy part 🌶️. CLARITY also demands brutal transparency from development teams.
And do you know who is trembling right now?

If a project cannot show its accounts and its code clearly under the new CLARITY rules, OUT! The party is over for the scammers hiding in the shadows of lack of regulation. The market is being purged, and believe me, watching that garbage fall is music to my ears. 🎵
