The biggest mistakes of traders… and how to address them with a clear plan

If your account isn't growing or your profits are disappearing, the problem is likely not in the market… the problem is in your trading method.

Let's put our hands on the most common mistakes + a practical solution for each one 👇

❌ 1. Greed after achieving the target

The deal reaches the target… You leave it due to greed for a bigger profit, the market reverses, and the profit flies away.

✅ Solution:

✔️ Set your goal before entering and stick to it literally.

✔️ Close 70–100% of the trade at the target.

✔️ If you want to continue, leave only a small part by moving the stop loss to the entry point.

❌ 2. Late entry (FOMO)

You enter after the movement is over; the first correction will cost you.

✅ Solution:

✔️ Entry should be from clear areas (support / demand / confirmed break).

✔️ If you missed the trade? That's it... the market is full of opportunities.

✔️ No chasing the price under any circumstances.

❌ 3. Trading without a plan

Inside the trade and not knowing when you will exit or how much to risk.

✅ Solution:

Before any trade, you must write:

✔️ Entry point

✔️ The goal

✔️ Stop loss

✔️ Risk percentage (only 1–3% of capital)

If you can't identify the four points → do not enter.

❌ 4. Big risk in one trade

The account text or all in a trade = trading collapse.

✅ Solution:

✔️ Do not risk more than 2% in a single trade.

✔️ Diversify trades and do not put all your capital in one direction.

✔️ Preserving capital is more important than making a profit.

❌ 5. Turning the equation: letting the loss grow and choking the profit

Letting the loss grow, and closing the profit quickly out of fear of losing it.

✅ Solution:

✔️ Stick to the stop loss no matter what happens.

✔️ Keep the profit-to-loss ratio at least 1:2.

✔️ Teach yourself to be patient for profit and cut losses quickly.

🧠 The golden plan for any successful trader:

✅ Clear plan before entering

✅ Strict capital management

✅ Psychological discipline

✅ Patience

✅ Continuous performance review

🎯 Trading is not a stroke of luck...

Trading is a system; if you stick to it, the result comes.
